Issue of G Shares

Offer for subscription of G Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 100p each payable in full on subscription (the "Offer")

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Offer, as set out in the prospectus dated 20 October 2010, 6,001,278 G shares of 10 p each in the Company were allotted on 22 March 2011 at a price of 100p per G Share.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 13,328,599 C Shares, 19,228,838 D Shares, 9,813,732 E Shares, 29,411,437 F Shares and 15,980,835 G Shares.

Application is now being made for the admission of the 6,001,278 G Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities, which is expected to take place at the earliest practical opportunity.
