Revaluation of Investment

In accordance with its valuation policy, the Company announces that the investment manager has decided to revalue, as at 28 February 2011, the Company's holding in Global Dawn Limited. That revised valuation is to be calculated by reference to the value attributed to Global Dawn as part of an investment round completed by Global Dawn in August 2010 in which third party investors also participated.

If this revised valuation is approved by the Company's auditors, the carrying value of the Company's holding in Global Dawn will increase from GBP2.94 million (the last published valuation, as at 31 August 2010) to GBP6.76 million. The Company's investment in Global Dawn is held in equal amounts by the Company's C Share and D Share pools.

Valuations as at 28 February 2011 have not yet been completed for all of the Company's C and D Share class holdings; all such valuations will be subject to audit and the Net Asset Values of the C and D Shares (as well as the E and F Shares) will be confirmed only after completion of the audit and approval of the Company's annual report which is currently scheduled for June 2011.
