                    Resignation of Erwin Brunner as Director 
 
 
The Directors of European Convergence Development Company PLC ("ECDC" or the 
"Company") wish to announce the resignation of Erwin Brunner as Director and 
Chairman of the Board with effect from 30 September 2010. 
 
The Directors would like to thank Mr Brunner for his service on the Board and 
confirm they will appoint a new Chairman in due course.
