September 2003 from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that as at 24 September 2003 Cantor
Fitzgerald Europe has a notifiable interest in 8,019,983 Ordinary Shares in the
Company representing approximately 13.29% of the issued ordinary share capital.

The total issued share capital of EasyScreen plc is 60,345,461 Ordinary Shares
of 5p each.
