EasyScreen plc  ('the Company') announces that it received notification today
from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that as at 22 September 2003 Cantor Fitzgerald
Europe has a notifiable interest in 6,919,983 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing approximately 11.46% of the issued ordinary share capital.

The total issued share capital of EasyScreen plc is 60,345,461 Ordinary Shares
of 5p each.
