EasyScreen plc  ('the Company') announces that it received notification on 2
July 2003 from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that as at 1 July 2003 Cantor Fitzgerald
Europe has a notifiable interest in 2,421,483 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing approximately 4.36% of the issued ordinary share capital.

The total issued share capital of EasyScreen plc is 55,535,461 Ordinary Shares
of 5p each.
