Densitron Technologies Plc announces that it was informed on the 4 October 2006
that Trafalgar Catalyst Fund and Trafalgar Recovery Fund under the discretionary
management of Trafalgar Asset Managers (TAM), each sold 500,000 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each and are now interested in 3,432,286 and 3,179,785 ordinary
shares respectively, together representing 10.22 per cent. of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
