Notice of Annual General Meeting 
The Company has today published its notice of annual general meeting. 
The Company's annual general meeting will be held on 7 December, 2010 at 10.30 
a.m. at the offices of FRM Investment Management Limited, Royal Chambers, St 
Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4HG. 
Copies of the notice of annual general meeting and the form of proxy have been 
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for 
inspection at:  www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 
 
Shareholders in the Company should note that with effect from 25 October, 2010, 
the registered office address of the Company and that of its investment manager, 
FRM Investment Management Limited, changed to: P.O. Box 173, Royal Chambers, St. 
Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4HG.
