The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held 
today, all resolutions were duly passed, save for Resolution 5 in respect of the 
authority for the Directors of the Company to allot equity securities up to such 
number as represents 10 per cent. of the issued share capital,  which was not 
passed.
