                                  NEW CONTRACT

Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a contract
with brs, the UK's largest HGV rental company wholly owned by Volvo. Under the
agreement, brs plan to deploy Cybit's Fleetstar-Online fleet monitoring solution
progressively into their fleet. The deal is expected to be worth in excess of
#1m over the life of the agreement.

The solution will provide brs fleet managers with low-cost, multi-site and
multi-user fleet optimization, vehicle tracking and reporting tools with which
brs will improve customer service and provide its customers with value-added
vehicle information. The agreement also enables brs rental customers to
subscribe to this unique suite of services including up-to-the-minute traffic
information and detailed vehicle data including speed, mileage, driving time and
unscheduled stops, as an optional value-added service.
