Frances Hahn, the daughter of Mr. James GP Dehlsen

900,000 ordinary shares to Mr. James Brenton Dehlsen, Executive Director of the
Company

15,367 ordinary shares to Mr. James Brenton Dehlsen and Mrs. Dagny Dehlsen
custodians under the UGTMA FBO Beck Dehlsen, their son

15,637 ordinary shares to Mr. James Brenton Dehlsen and Mrs. Dagny Dehlsen
custodians under the UGTMA FBO Karleigh Dehlsen, their daughter

15,637 ordinary shares to Ms Sondria Cardwell Downing
