Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (AIM: CTS and CTSU), the company behind Mixed Phase 
Catalyst (MPC ) technology, announces that Mr. K. Leonard Judson has elected to 
resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 January 
2009. 
 
 
Charles F. Call, Chief Executive Officer of Catalytic Solutions, Inc. commented: 
"Mr. Judson has been a respected member of our Board since 2005. His valuable
