Announcement re. Annual General Meeting

Chaintek (AIM:CTEK), the provider of logistics services to manufacturers of consumer goods in China, would like to clarify that Resolution 7 (allotment of ordinary shares for cash) in its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") sent to shareholders in the Annual Report and Accounts on 29 April 2014 is to be proposed as a special resolution rather than an ordinary resolution as specified in the original notice. The proposed business of the AGM otherwise remains unchanged.
