James Cropper Plc
(the "Company")
Notification of Transaction of
Directors and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMRs")
The Company was notified on 27 July 2020 that, on the same day,
the Trustees of James Cropper Plc Share Incentive Plan ("JC SIP
Plan") transferred 19,326 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in
the Company to participants of the SIP Scheme. The Shares were
awarded to the participants on 20 July 2015 at a price of 506.8
pence per Share with the beneficial rights to participants
recognised immediately upon award.
The SIP trust holds Shares for a 5-year period from the date of
the award and then transfers the Shares to the participants.
The above transfer includes the following PDMRs of the
Company:

As a result of the above transactions, the JC SIP Plan is
interested in 104,180 Shares, representing 1.1% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
