DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that on 14 January 2008, 1,021 shares were
allocated at �8.32 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan
("AESOP") which total included 15 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris,
Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 16 shares for Mr I Kenyon.

Also included in the purchase were 16 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

Lord Harris                    15,874,821                 23.4%
M Harris                          873,442                  1.3%
I Kenyon                            2,705                0.004%
J Kitching                        671,299                  1.0%
C Sollesse                         28,089                 0.04%


AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities, as follows:

S Davies, E Mangham, J May, G Moloney, T Moore       15 shares each
P Lorimer                                            12 shares
P Dregent                                             6 shares


The Company has been advised that, following the sale on 15 January 2008 of
55,000 shares by the Phil and Pauline Harris Charitable Trust at a price of
�8.04, Lord Harris's non-beneficial interest as a Trustee has reduced to 185,014
shares (0.27%).
