The Clapham House Group PLC ("Clapham House" or the "Company") announces that, 
pursuant to the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, 
it received formal notification on 20 September 2010 that Deutsche Bank AG 
("Deutsche") has increased its direct interest as at 17 September 2010 to 
1,850,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 4.507 
per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. Deutsche is also indirectly 
interested in 500 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.001% of the 
total voting rights of the Company.
