The Board of Capcon Holdings plc received notification on 24th February 2003,
in accordance with sections 198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended),
that Eaglet Investment Trust plc 's holding of 468,750 ordinary shares in
Capcon Holdings plc now represents 5.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital. The shares are held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
