Price movement

The directors of the Company have noted the recent price movement in the shares
of the Company. The Company is currently strengthening its balance sheet through
an issue of convertible redeemable guaranteed secured loan stock ("CLS").
Indicative commitments of #800,000 have been received. The CLS carry a coupon of
10% and are convertible at 5 pence per share. The fundraising is subject to
shareholder approval. A circular is expected to be issued to shareholders within
two weeks.
