Additional Banking Facilities

Coolabi plc (AIM: COO), the media company focused on the ownership and creative management of high quality intellectual property assets, is pleased to announce that it has agreed additional bank facilities with Coutts & Co amounting to GBP620,000.

The additional funding will largely be used to improve and develop the company's portfolio of intellectual properties and will supplement the GBP434,000 raised through a placing with existing institutional shareholders announced on 13 October.
