CODA plc (the "Company"), the supplier of software systems designed specifically
to meet the needs of Financial Directors and Finance Departments, today
announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006
have been sent to its shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual
General Meeting of the Company to be held at 12.00 noon on 23rd May 2007 at
Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB.  Copies of the Annual Report are
available free of charge from today's date from the Company's registered office
at Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB and on the investors' section
of the Company's web site, www.coda.com.
