                                Issue of Equity

Croma, the specialists in the design, development and production of overt and
covert surveillance, security and defence related products, is pleased to
announce that it has successfully raised #250,000 (before expenses) by way of a
placing of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Placing Shares") at 5p per
share with existing institutional shareholders.


Application has been made for the admission of 5,000,000 Placing Shares to
trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 March 2006. The
Placing Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.
