        CMG PLC: REORGANISATION OF SHARE CAPITAL

    New shares begin trading on London Stock Exchange



At the 1999 year end results of CMG plc in February 2000,

the  Company  announced its intention to restructure  its

share  capital by way of a sub-division of  the  existing

ordinary  shares and a simultaneous bonus  issue  of  new

ordinary   shares.   This  proposal   was   approved   by

shareholders at the Company's Annual General  Meeting  on

17 May 2000 such that shareholders would receive four new

shares of 2p in place of each old share of 5p.  The  new

shares  began trading on the London Stock Exchange  today

with the opening price adjusted accordingly.  This action

was taken to increase the marketability of the shares and

make them more accessible to investors.
