David Stubley has recently requested that, due to his other 
business commitments, he be relieved of his executive duties and to assume 
a non-executive role on the Board. The Board has agreed to this request and with 
immediate effect David will become a Non-executive Director. David will also 
continue to offer his expert advice to the Company on the Sports Marketing and 
Media sector. The Board particularly wishes to thank David for all his help with 
the development of the Company's commercial strategy and generation/retention of
