Clipper Ventures Plc announces two new yacht sponsorship deals for the 07-08
Clipper Round the World Yacht Race worth a combined US $5.1 million (�2.7
million).

Keppel Corporation, previously a race partner in the Clipper 05-06 Round the
World Yacht race, signed a deal on October 31 to become Primary Sponsor of
Uniquely Singapore, the Singapore entry into Clipper 07-08. The deal will also
see Keppel act as Host Port Sponsor for the Singapore Stopover.

Yorkshire Forward, the Regional Development Agency behind the economic
regeneration of Yorkshire and Humber, has signed a five year two-race
partnership that will focus on Hull & Humber.

The Hull & Humber yacht will promote the city-region around the world and also
bring major events to the area with the aim of making a significant impact on
the local economy, tourism, education, communities, inward investment,
promotion and image.

Clipper Ventures Chief Executive Officer William Ward commented:

`Sponsorship deals for Clipper 07-08 and Clipper 09-10 are already proving
significantly higher than for previous Clipper races in further recognition of
the economic benefit cities and regions are deriving from participation in this
global event.'
