(AIM: CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at 10.00am EST on Tuesday 19 May 2015 at the offices of Maples Corporate Services Limited, Ugland House, 2nd Floor, 121 South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and Notice of AGM, along with form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders. Copies are available on the Company's website at www.clearstar.net.
