The Board of the Company was informed by Michael Robinson, a director of the
Company that on 6 April 2006 he transferred 5,735,250 ordinary shares in the
Company held in his own name into a nominee account.

Mr Robinson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 6,185,250 ordinary
shares representing approximately 26 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital remains unchanged following the transfer.
