Clinical Computing PLC


The Board of Clinical Computing PLC (the "Company") was informed on 1 October
2004 that Howard Kitchner, Chairman of the Company, had bought 60,000 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 26
pence.  The transaction took place on 30 September 2004, following which Mr
Kitchner had a total shareholding of 1,673,004 Ordinary Shares representing 5.31
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Board was also informed on 1 October 2004 that David Altschuler, a connected
person with Mr Kitchner, had bought 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26
pence.  The transaction took place on 30 September 2004, following which Mr
Althsculer had a total shareholding of 1,673,004 Ordinary Shares, representing
5.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
