management software, announces that it has posted the annual report and accounts 
for the year ended 31 December 2009 to shareholders. 
 
The AGM will be held at 2pm on 25 June 2010 at IP City Centre, 1 Bath Street, 
Ipswich, IP2 8SD. 
The Company also announces that its nominated adviser and broker has changed its 
legal status and is now Cairn Financial Advisers LLP.
