Rules, the Company received notification on 6 November 2007 that GAM
International Management Limited had an interest in 11,964,232 ordinary shares
in the Company. This represents approximately 12.8 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.



The issued share capital of the company is 93,443,694 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
