Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission of 200,000 Ordinary shares at 10p each. These
shares have been issued in connection with an exercise of option from the
Break for the Border Long Term Incentive Plan and rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary shares.
