                                Board Changes

The Board of Capital Bars plc (the "Company") announces that Aidan Corcoran
will relinquish his executive responsibilities as Commercial Director of the
Company with immediate effect as he plans to move abroad with his family. Mr
Corcoran will remain on the Board acting in a non-executive capacity.

Liam O'Dwyer, Chief Executive, commented:

"I would like to thank Aidan for his enormous contribution to the group over a
number of years and am pleased that we will continue to benefit from his
experience at Board level".
