announced today that the Company received a purchase order for
lithium ion batteries valued at $4.1 million from China Electronics
Shenzhen Company. This order relates to two of China Digital's new
products, which consist of high-quality rechargeable lithium ion
batteries for mobile phones, as well as laptops. The purchase order
was received this week and all deliveries are to be completed by
November 2009. "This substantial $4.1 million order represents a
milestone achievement in the sales effort for our battery
