                                Issue of Equity


Further to the announcement on 2 March 2007 regarding the equity line of Credit
provided to the Company by Cornell Capital Partners L.P. ("Cornell"), the
Company has issued and allotted 281,250 ordinary shares to Cornell in lieu of
cash in respect of the implementation fee. Application has been made for the new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 27 April 2007.
