2009 that Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation plc (through its indirectly 
wholly owned subsidiary ENRC Africa 1 Limited) holds 2,736,734,354 ordinary 
shares in CAMEC, representing 95.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
