the Company has received a notification dated 12 January 2005, in accordance
with section 198 Companies Act 1985, that Man Financial Limited has an interest
in 2,264,320 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 5.48%
of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
