Clarification regarding management



This announcement is intended to clarify certain matters relating to the
management of Cedar plc (the "Company").



In the Company's announcement of its interim results for the six months ended
30 September 2001 on 28 December 2001, it was incorrectly stated that John
Stanley has agreed to act as Interim Executive Chairman during the Company's
current period of restructuring. Mr Stanley will remain in his current role as
non-Executive Chairman.



Mike Harrison remains the Group Chief Executive of the Company.
