It is intended that the Stock Units in Cedar Funding Plc will convert on a one
for one basis into New Ordinary Shares in Cedar Group Plc on 20 October 2000.
Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares arising on conversion will commence at 8am
on 20 October 2000 and CREST accounts will be credited on the same day.
Definitive certificates for New Ordinary shares are expected to be despatched
by 27 October 2000.
