Appointment of Finance Director



Further to the announcement dated 30 January 2006, CEC confirm that John
Macaulay  has replaced Rakesh Patel as Finance Director with effect from 1 April
2006.



Rakesh Patel has now taken up a position as Non-executive Director of CEC.



All details relevant to section (g) of schedule two of the AIM rules have been
previously disclosed in the announcement dated 30 January 2006.
