Dividend Declaration

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has declared a dividend of GBP0.01375 per ordinary Sterling Share and EUR0.01375 per ordinary Euro Share.

The dividend will be payable on 28 February 2020 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 7 February 2020 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 6 February 2020.
