Canaccord Capital Inc. discloses director's dealings 
 
    Sale of Canaccord shares 
 
    VANCOUVER, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Canaccord Capital Inc. (TSX & AIM: CCI) was 
notified yesterday, September 9, 2009, that John Zaozirny, a director of the 
company, sold on September 9, 2009, through the facilities of the Toronto 
Stock Exchange, 25,000 common shares in the company from his personal account 
at an average price of C$9.55 per share. As a result, Mr. Zaozirny (directly 
and through his personal holding company, The John B. Zaozirny Professional 
Corporation) now holds 128,382 common shares in the company, representing 
0.23% of the common shares issued and outstanding.
