                             Director Shareholding



On 1 August 2007 as a result of the allotment of 3,632 Ordinary Shares to the
Cardpoint plc UK Employee Benefit Trust, pursuant to the Cardpoint plc Share
Incentive Plan (an all employee share purchase plan approved by Her Majesty's
Revenue and Customs) (the "SIP"), Peter Smyth, Paul Saxton and Philip Lanigan as
directors of Cardpoint Trustees Limited, the trustee of the SIP, increased their
notifiable interest to 116,812 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.
