Additional Listing


Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 74,204 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to be admitted to
trading.

The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary Shares
in issue have been allotted as follows.

14,204 shares to the Cardpoint plc UK Employee Benefit Trust, in accordance with
the rules of the scheme.

60,000 shares in accordance with share option exercises.


Admission is expected to be effective on 18 May 2007.
