                            Director Shareholding



On 1 March 2007 as a result of the allotment of 4,760 Ordinary Shares to the
Cardpoint plc UK Employee Benefit Trust, pursuant to the Cardpoint plc Share
Incentive Plan (an all employee share purchase plan approved by Her Majesty's
Revenue and Customs) (the "SIP"), Robin Gregson and Peter Smyth, as directors of
Cardpoint Trustees Limited, the trustee of the SIP, increased their notifiable
interest to 110,965 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.
