                                 Board Changes



Cardpoint, the provider of electronic payment transactions and the market leader
in the independent cash machine sector, today announces the appointment of Lee
Ginsberg as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company's Audit
Committee with immediate effect.   This follows the announcement on 23 November
that David Mills and David Golden had been appointed to the Board as
Non-Executive Directors. Lee Ginsberg's appointment now completes the
restructuring of the Board.



Lee Ginsberg, (49), is Finance Director of Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc, a
position he has held since 2004.  Before joining Domino's Pizza, he was Group
Finance Director of Holmes Place PLC and prior to that he was Group Finance
Director and Company Secretary of Etam PLC.  He qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in South Africa and trained with Price Waterhouse.



Cardpoint also announces today that John Westwood is to stand down from the
Board having served as a Non-Executive Director since August 2002.



Commenting on today's announcement, Bob Thian, Chairman of Cardpoint, said:



"Lee is highly experienced in the challenges of building a rapidly growing,
multi-site business and understands the balance that has to be struck between
the need for financial processes and entrepreneurial flair.  He is
well-respected amongst the investment community and I welcome him to the Board.

our thanks to John Westwood for his contribution over several years as a
Non-Executive Director."
