Cardpoint plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing/Director's Dealing

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 3,943,992 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to be admitted
to trading.

All of the shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue.

6,870 shares have been allotted to the Cardpoint plc UK Employee Benefit Trust,
in accordance with the rules of the scheme.

3,937,122 shares have been issued following receipt of valid option exercise
notices on 22 November 2006 which included 50,000 shares for John Westwood, a
non executive director of the company.

On 27 November John Westwood sold 50,000 shares at 92.9775p per share and he now
holds no shares in the company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 4 December 2006.
