Directors Dealing / Listing Application


On 27 November 2006 Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, as nominee for
Bob Thian, Chairman of the company, subscribed for 1,200,000 new ordinary shares
in the company for a purchase price of 65p per share and 800,000 new ordinary
shares in the company for a purchase price of 5p per share. Bob Thian also
exercised options over 400,000 shares at an option price of 75p per share which
were purchased by Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, as nominee for Bob
Thian. These share purchases are pursuant to the agreements previously disclosed
on 17 October 2006.

On 28 November 2006 these shares were then purchased by Kleinwort Benson
(Jersey) Trustees Limited as trustees for the Nomad Trust of which Bob Thian is
a beneficiary.

The shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary Shares in
issue.

The holding of Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited as trustees for the
Nomad Trust of which Bob Thian is a beneficiary, is now 2,400,000 shares
representing 2.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to be admitted
to trading.

Admission is expected to be effective on 30 November 2006.
