The Company received a notification today from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc
informing it that on 3 November 2006, they was interested, "by attribution
only", in a total of 11,110,291 shares representing 10.55% of the issued share
capital of the Company of which 11,016,635 shares (10.46%) was a beneficial
interest held by Goldman Sachs International.
