                      ("Channel Health" or "the Company")

                   DISPOSAL OF ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF
                       CHANNEL HEALTH INTERACTIVE LIMITED

At the time of the trading update on 18 January 2002, the Board of Channel
Health stated that, 'while the Directors are exploring all opportunities to
secure the Company's short term funding need, there are no assurances that this
will be achieved'.  Despite considerable efforts, the Board was unable to secure
the requisite short term funding.  As a result, the Board has today entered into
an agreement to dispose of the entire issued share capital of Channel Health
Interactive Limited to Healthtrack Media Limited for the sum of £50,000.
Healthtrack Media Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of InfoVital SA, the
Norwegian media group.  Channel Health Interactive Limited is the loss making
trading subsidiary of Channel Health which runs the interactive television
channel 'Channel Health'.  The television channel will continue to operate as '
Channel Health'.

Healthtrack Media Limited have stated that the reasoning behind the acquisition
is that they believe there are synergies between the Channel Health business and
that of Healthtrack Media Limited. Channel Health is not able to comment on
InfoVital's ongoing plans for the operating business of Channel Health.

Joanne Sawicki, Chief Executive of Channel Health, has agreed to enter into a
service contract with Healthtrack Media Limited on substantially the same terms
as her service agreement with Channel Health.  She will also receive options
over shares in InfoVital SA, subject to meeting certain performance criteria.

The Board of Channel Health is in discussions with various parties in relation
to the options available to Channel Health plc.  However no assurances can be
given that their discussions will lead to any transaction.
