                          Exercise of Share Options


The Company has issued 2,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each pursuant to
the exercise of warrants.

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 4 April 2007.
