The Company has applied for the admission to AIM of 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each, which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options at an exercise
price of 1.33p each.  These shares will rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 31
December 2002.
